True enough. But then again, if the perp is out in the street, perhaps someone will see to it that proper justice is finally administered, since the state clearly has no intention of carrying out it’s responsibility to do so. And really, that is what this is all building to. The repeated insults heaped upon the people by the ruling class must eventually incur a response that adequately conveys our disapproval, and stripping them of their claim or legitimacy to govern on our behalf.
