I will caution as a historian, Nothing is 100% good or bad, right or wrong. Races & Countries aren’t either, as well as Individuals.
Hitler & Stalin & FDR (WW2 Era) had some redeeming values, obviously in widely varing degrees and depending on where people stood on the ground events.
All Leaders can be afflicked by Insanity, and that can be determined by the fruits of their Labors.
