Not sure why ANYONE would be shocked at Putin being targeted by Ukraine. He IS a combatant in a war against Ukraine that HE started. That makes him fair game. And he better keep his head down. Ukraine has shown their reach into Russia is much deeper and more effort than anyone would have believed when this all started.
