Yep.
I’ve been trying to be understanding of Dan’s position… even excusing his failure and unwillingness to ride this out… things like he finally realized the entire Federal Government is broken beyond repair, and nothing he does changes that, and anything he tries to do is blocked. Threats against his life and that of his family. A corrupt and broken FBI that can’t be repaired, it can only be dissolved and perhaps eliminated entirely. The fact that he appeared to be forced to lie on Fox and Friends when he and Kash Patel declared that there was nothing to the Epstein case.
I am reminded that he walked away from his role as secret service agent. Now he is walking away from the FBI. The guy is a fantastic investigator, and an excellent podcaster, but he really should NOT have accepted the position at the FBI. It clearly takes greater grit than he has.
President Trump has faces far greater, and he only doubled and tripled down. He has NOT walked away. He has not given up. He continues to fight.
Dan should have understood his limits. Perhaps the next DD of the FBI will be able to scrub the poison from the fabric of that institution.
Or shut it down.
I am going to give Bongino the benefit of the doubt. He though he could make a difference but was wrong. The FBI was corrupt since it’s inception under Hoover and only got worse. Let’s see if he becomes active with his blog and media appearances and is more effective there.
He finally realized that it’s all “fake and ghey” and it needs to be torn down, burned, and the ashes scattered. 2026 should be marked by scenes of campaigning Congress critters being chased down by crowds of angry citizens and being strung up if caught. I’d rather see no incumbents or members of either party be elected.
How soon before the tell-all book and promotion tour starts and… will his wife struggle with that as well?
I would be willing to bet there will be no tell-all book. I am sure he signed an NDA, and since he does have a wife and family, he would not want them to succumb to Arkansas Influenza. As far as The Golden Golem sticking it out, he has to. But just like his first term, he has surrounded himself with wolves in sheep’s clothing, self-serving traitors, and the (((Minions))) of a foreign government. Amerika ist verloren. Bleib ubrig.
