What About Meat?

This may be good news but working people need protein and fat for good health. It would not take much to revise meat packing regulations to make local meat products more accessible and cheaper for working Americans.

  1. Last year I purchased a rib roast (prime rib) on sale at Kroger for $4.99 a pound at a cost of $45.

    This year, a rib roast just went on sale for $9.99 a lb. I’m not spending $100 this year for it. We will do without.

    Meat prices in general are out of sight. I’ve sure all those on the carnivore diet are feeling the pinch.
