People will NEVER fully appreciate the role of central banking, taxation, inflation, etc. on the decline of EVERYTHING.
EVERYTHING that is held up as quality, beauty, artistic, etc. from our past, came at a time when money was SOUND (gold/silver, or backed by it), when people kept the VAST majority of their incomes, when governments, relative to the rest of society, were small, and the massive power of governments were NOT employed (by banksters) to victimize and extract money from every corner of the globe instantaneously.
When your money holds it value, you invest, and do the kinds of things that take TIME to complete, knowing in the end, your things will still hold value. When you do NOT feel as though you need to create something as quickly and as inexpensively as possible to stay ahead of the tax man or the inflation monster, you can care about quality, beauty, etc. We have accepted modern ugliness BECAUSE the massive wealth transfer (inflation) and THEFT (taxation) by government and central banks, has left us unable to afford hand-made, quality, and beautiful things anymore. Yes, profit is a motive, but profit has ALWAYS been a motive. But now, profit is NOT just about you being rewarded for your work, but ALSO about staying ahead of the unpredictable actions of government and central bankers. END THE FED. Restore sound currency. The two KEY FACTORS of the “gilded age.”

In America, the change started with Teddy Roosevelt. It accelerated when Wilson became President and is now totally off the rails. Read our history and put two and two together. Sadly, the woke collectivists who run our government schools will not allow the truth to be told. I saw this with my own eyes.

Progressives like Teddy and Wilson expanding government power and destroying personal freedom, and then the creation of the Federal Reserve under Wilson and the personal income tax. Yep…theft of society’s wealth.

It was always ugly even when they crucified our Lord over two thousand years ago but, it’s far worse now, men will betray one another, hate each other, nations and kingdoms will fall, etc. you get my point, right!

It’s all about profit now.
