One response to “SNAP Is OUT and the Freeloaders Are Losing It”
Sgt. Schulz
I only take issue with the near relentless assertion that one must pay taxes in order to have a say. Crowder isn’t the only one pushing the tax question as a merit badge of society. There are legal ways to not pay “income” taxes that are available to everyone who meets the criteria. That means than nearly every single one of you who are reading this right now actually do. It is right there in the IRS code for all to see. Words matter, words define definitions, and definitions are the pathway to exemption. Start with IRC 3401(a), 3121(a) and 7701(c). Cliff notes version, labor is property, labor has never been taxable (refer to any bill from any tradesman for verification) and the tax code is an excise tax on Federal Privilege. So, if you do not work for the .gov, with rare exceptions you do not owe taxes, because you have earnings, not “wages” as defined by IRC. Again, words do matter. You do have to file a return, but it can be all zeroes. Perfectly legal, properly done. Another reference for y’all, the tax resolution commercials you hear on the radio……that is exactly how they are cleaning up the mess, for a fee.
