The disparity of numbers is easily explained: All of the human dreck are being culled. This is not new. I believe it was a journalist working for a newspaper in San Jose back in the early 1980’s who exposed the CIA’s involvement in the distribution of crack cocaine in Black Ghettos. This man went on to receive the Seth Rich Memorial Award.
Just think, these derelicts, once dead, are no longer a financial burden on the social service infrastructure. Yes, it was a problem for me, personally when I was a Peace Officer, but in spite of massive infusions of “War on Drugs” money, a political sop to the Sheeple, nothing has changed. Politicians get credibility and cover; police agencies get pots of debt bucks for “enforcement” and the band plays on.
Just wait until the dollar dies. You will not only have an army of Walking Dead junkies (see the Philidelphia Tranq Tours) staggering through your neighborhoods, but society will also have to deal with the fallout involving those who depend on prescription meds to function and stay sane.
