No, not really for all. What this will do is give it back to the states versus the feds. If you live in a good state, you are fine. For those behind the iron curtain, this could be a beginning death nell. Multiple states have these listed under controlled deadly weapons category, right or wrong. They started quietly changing statues for these after the $0 tax argument started. If the bad states are allowed to get control from the feds they will either immediately tax them to death or ban them.
Note I said good or bad states not left or right or red or blue. Just because you live in a so called right/red/ Republican controlled location means really nothing anymore. Neither party gives a dam about the people especially people with guns who have the means but not the will to stand up and stop the BS.
Their belief is they can do anything to anyone, steal anything from anyone and then rape the peoples children as a desert treat with still no arguments AND no repercussions from anyone.
And I tend to agree as I watch the newest selected hybrid Nero/Caligula emperor in the so called White House fiddle and dance to the Jew puppet masters, while the white people in this country are attacked and murdered daily now. And our domestic enemies now talk openly about killing ALL white men and using our women and children as sex toys and breeders for the new now combined Islamic/Communist/Green master race and at the same time fan the fires of the US and western world collapse with the support of the ONLY political party the people on the right are allowed to or required to vote for.
Since Idaho was one of the plaintiffs, its citizens which are part of the firearms community will enjoy the restoration of a God-given right which should never have been taken from them. Keep in mind however, after the Dead Elephant Party is slaughtered this November, the Socialism-Abortion Party will take control. In addition to working towards throwing the Golden Golem out on his fat ass, they will “reexamine” all legislation about firearm regulation. Now is the time to prep for the tumult of 22027. Here is my take, They won’t go any farther then there going now, you are not hearing about the nine races the dsa lost, we are only hearing about the ones they won. now keep in mind they will lose the majority of there victories over there own dems. in the general election. More than half of the there party is in total disarray and they are stating they will cross over and vote for the republican candidate or many won’t even vote because they are totally disgusted with there screwed up party which they alone created.
Don’t celebrate just yet. And even if they don’t appeal odds are good the next time the left regains power they will reimpose the rules. A
Unless and until the SCOTUS rules the NFA unconstitutional or congress reveals it the act remains on the books and canbe used against us. The oedidy of the left and their quisling judges has no bounds.
