Unsaid, in order to assure this means, boot on the ground in these countries, as well as trade restriction threats. Can’t control what you can’t touch!
All of that takes lots of time. Did Trump “win”? I doubt it, we’ll see what Murphy, incompetence and enemies have to say about it.
