Unfortunately, the wicked one and his fallen army were leading the North at this time to destroy the southern forces, as the northerners had neither fondness nor love for the southern people.
I have often wondered how long slavery would have existed in the United States and the Confederacy if the South had won. Most people do not know that the Emancipation Proclamation only freed most of the slaves in the Confederate states, not the Northern states.
Today, we have slavery in the form of sex slaves and “child trafficking”. The number of missing children is astonishing and no one cares. Are the Epstein files sealed due to protecting politicians or to cover up their criminal acts? Probably both.

David, I read in the book “The South Was Right” by the Kennedy brothers, that according to the Confederate Constitution the further importation of African slaves was forbidden.
I’m guessing that President Davis and the congress had plans for these folks to be able to return to Africa or move them into some of the Indian Nations.
The War of Northern Aggression was not about slavery. It was the North’s fear of the economic power of the South.
You are absolutely spit on , it had nothing to do with the blacks. Lincoln needed some sort political distraction which people could have band together on because Lincoln’s troops were getting slaughtered in nearly every battle. The negroes became the red herring issue where the northerners could rally around.it was really astounding what Lincoln got away with and so cleverly.

Nothing is ever 100% good or bad, but with the defeat of the South the Union Army went on to destroy the American Indians just as ruthlessly as they had burned the South.
Looking at the USA today, I don’t think it is hyperbole to say another CW is a possibility. Some Differences are Irreconcilable.
