Simple solution to this….ANY hospital/health care organization involved in this gets BANNED PERMANENTLY from participating in Medicare or other government funded third party insurance plans.
In long ago fUSA, I agree. In this new iteration, no. Tactics and expectations since SCOTUS 14th amendment decision need creativity.
Executions solve most of these problems.
Indeed they would. A visit from a “Mario brother” to the CEO of the health system who runs the hospitals doing this would yield a change in attitude pretty quickly, after the first half dozen or so got properly dealt with. And since I bet most are pajeets anyways, it would be a double victory to clear some of them off the board.
