they only learn other ways to hurt/steal and how to “getaway” with it.
until public hanging come back in style, not much will change.
we already spend unreal amounts of money keeping these assholes locked up. and why ? they not going to change one bit.
way past time to just put these mad dogs down for good.
I read somewhere that in the old days they used to stake assholes out at low tide and let the crabs eat them alive. that took some time I bet.
maybe we should bring that back and live stream it for free for other future assholes to see ?
