DeSantis

From Grok:

Florida’s primary “antisemitism bill” is HB 187 (2024), enacted as Chapter 2024-262 and codified in Florida Statute § 1.015. It adopts the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) working definition of antisemitism into state law for general application.

This is the bill most commonly referenced in recent discussions (including those involving Gov. Ron DeSantis). Florida had earlier measures on the topic, but HB 187 standardized the definition statewide.

Key Provisions of § 1.015, F.S.Legislative intent: Adopt the IHRA working definition “to assist in the monitoring and reporting of antisemitic hate crimes and discrimination and to make residents aware of and to combat such incidents in this state.”Definition:

“antisemitism” means a certain perception of Jewish individuals which may be expressed as hatred toward such individuals. Rhetorical and physical manifestations of antisemitism are directed toward Jewish and non-Jewish individuals and their property and toward Jewish community institutions and religious facilities.

  1. Suck my still attached foreskin, kikes!

  2. It you want you eyes opened, go to the Israeli media sites the real ones in Israel.
Just listen to what they openly say in their own media. This guy and multiple Jew .GOV ministers has said shit that even Hitler wouldn’t.

  3. As far as I’m concerned, any police officer enforcing such a blatantly unConstititional law can be terminated with prejudice. The same can be applied to any legislator that voted for this abomination. This game of “going to court” where one side has unlimited resources is a farce in this case and it is too likely the judge will be a Jew and refuse to recuse themselves or follow the law. It is clear enough that Israeli Jews hate the US and especially Christians. It’s going to come back in spades.
