Imagine if the guys in uniform were US politicians and the other guys were US patriots.

I find it disheartening that anyone sees this and believes it’s real. “In the coming days, it will not be possible to survive spiritually without the guiding, directing, comforting, and constant influence of the Holy Ghost”.
Sadly, it’s become obvious that most don’t put forth the effort to maintain the Holy Ghosts presence.
During the formative years of the anti-draft movement, in the US, in the late 60’s, going after the individual Draft Board members was widely discussed. It was discarded as a viable option for a number of reasons, not the least of which was public perception and support. Even those of us totally committed to ending the draft thought that it was a bridge too far. That was a different time and a different culture, I doubt the same consensus would be arrived at today.
