If you understood Utah and its culture, you would understand why it has been picked for this 9GW Tower of Babel. FWIW, the Leviathan picked this same state years ago for a massive electronic intelligence eavesdropping facility which uses tremendous amounts of water. As a resident of the Gem State, all I can say is better them than us. We have enough of the funny underwear people here.
