Speech is speech, free will of man. There was something that Madison wrote about it, both parties (people/governing) agreed to, but here we are. Interesting that his daughter(comey) handled the epstein “justice” while at the department of “justice”. Additional bread and circus IMHO.

Comey’s case was, he just “happened upon the rocks”, had no idea what it meant, and just photographed it and posted it as a curiosity. LMAO, who remembers that time when Bill Clinton “just happened” to find enough rocks while strolling the beach at Normandy, France to make a cross?
Everyone is right though, Comey isn’t going to prison. Regular criminals go to prison, DotGov criminals get protected.
Nothing will become of this . Of all he has done. This is the weakest. Freedom of speech will be the defense. It will work for him but not for us.
North Carolina? He’ll get a Democrat judge that will dismiss the case or Democrat jury that will acquit. Or this was a headliner to distract from the ones indicted for the Covid caper.
While Comey is evil and deserves to rot behind bars this is just more political Kabuki theater bullshit to distract from other things.
