   I have a copy. I bought it years ago. The saying “Art imitates life” is very apt with this story. What has enfolded in Europa over the last few years is absolutely eerie, given the plot of the book. Now, in 2026, it reads like a news documentary. Coming to a neighborhood near you.    This article regarding Amazon’s attempt at censorship just makes me want to buy it where I wouldn’t have given it a thought before.
