Low teacher pay? There are two kinds of teachers.
►The not-so-good teacher will accept the pay without complaint. They are afraid of losing their job so they will blindly follow the curriculum.
►The ‘true believer’ understands that this is temporary. Their ‘initiation’. They will teach for 5-10 years and then get promoted to an administrative position paying a lot more. Hence the huge administrative overhead in most school systems.
