Let me share something about blood pressure. Our neighbor, who is quite a bit younger than me and my wife, was talking to us about her young husband’s problems with high blood pressure. She said he controls it with beet juice! I am not making this up.
Since my wife was recently hospitalized because of a debilitating high BP episode, she bought some bottled beet juice and started drinking it. The results were amazing! Her BP dropped like a rock. I was scheduled for my annual Medicare physical and the night before, I drank a small glass. My previous BP last year was 145/90. When my Doc took it the day after I drank the juice, it was 117/80! I kid you not!
I believe this holistic method to be preferable to poisoning one’s body with prescription drugs. And if you eat fresh or canned beets, it also works. I have tried it. Best wishes, everyone.

  3. My uncle, Vietnam veteran, two tours, 30 years in the reserves , was told ten years ago that he had high blood pressure and needed to go on drugs. This is a man in his 70’s, totally fit and looks like RFK jr. Plays in a rock band. His girlfriend told him to eat beets and everything beets and has never had a problem. The big Pharma and doctors are making money off your ignorance.
