War costs so far. This site tracks details; missiles used, how many dead, displaced, cost each day.

Well, I am sure we have underground arsenal cities. I do not trust MSN news. It makes sense that there are underground missile cities, though.
Why is CNN playing dramatic music in the background. Just state the news. I do not need a government controlled news “cortisol hit” to my immune system.
With all our fancy tech can we not locate the entrances/exits and seal them with our bombs? Or drop penetration bombs and set off a chain reaction.
We could try, but it is a very big country and the geology is very old rock. We have a limited number of expensive precision weapons and a very limited ability to replace them as they are used going forward. The delivery platforms will be at increased risk as these standoff bombs are depleted and we have to fall back on dumb gravity bombs. You will lose aircrew and the $123 million apiece aircraft cannot be replaced either. We have been wasting a lot of these weapons so far bombing useless obsolete equipment that was left in the open on purpose. The list includes police stations, Iranian cops directing traffic, politicians, and obvious decoys. Go back and look at the last 3 weeks of CENTCOM briefing video and you will see what I mean. It is as unfocused and schizophrenic a targeting logic as you are ever likely to see and it accomplished next to nothing except advance the Iranian war plan to wear down our stocks of premier advanced ordinance.
We spent 1965 to 1973 bombing the hell out of Vietnam and we never got all the sand tunnels under Chu Chi and we theoretically owned the ground on the surface as well as the air. We couldn’t get the PAVN Corps headquarters buried under the Annamite Mountain range throughout the war either despite regular visits from B-52’s.
The short answer is the place is too big and too hardened. We don’t have anywhere near the amount of ordinance required, the money or the resources of the production lines to change any of that soon. Our satellites can only see a to a limited extent what is underground and I suspect the enemy knows what we can see and cannot see. The clock is also ticking on a world economic meltdown while that straight is closed, and we are not going to have 10 years to try and crack this nut
Hegseth makes a comment about Iran spending its resources on its military equip instead of it’s people implying that is a horrible thing.
We are 39 T in debt, the pentegon pukes just demanded 200 B more for this effort alone.
He just condemned Iran for doing exactly what we have been doing here. I’m not saying we shouldn’t be spending on mil, for massive defense, yes. Not for this regime change crap and stfu Heg you bloviating moron. Give the facts and save the grandstanding for the time machine trip back to Vietnam or at least pre internet times.
