  1. Equity firms should have never been allowed to take over hospitals from the very beginning, this needs to be reversed and fast thru all new federal laws preventing this from continuing. But, what we are not being told how much of this money has been kickback to the Democrat party and all of our whore leaders.

  2. Oh yes, Emergency rooms in numerous hospitals hav3 been bought out by private equity firms. So have veterinary and dental practices, and nursing homes.

Ex. Banfield Vet inside Petsmart sends you and your furry to Blue Pearl Vet Care after hours. I know of someone who went to Blue Pearl and they did constant testing on their dog to the tune of $25,000. This is a fact. And the dog owner paid! Omg.

Ask your vet if they are owned by private equity. Ask every medical care service you use the same question. Dig in!

    Refuse to USE!

True. My daughter is a Vet Tech. Her hospital was bought out by VCA-Veterinary Corporation of America. VCA is owned by M&M Mars. That heiress is one of the ten richest women in America, with estimated wealth in the billions. And the first thing which happened when VCA took over was to raise the prices of Spey, neutering, and routine visits. Now here in my A/O there are more and more folks trying to rehome their dogs or just abandoning them. The shelters are full. Sad.

  3. Job 2:4

And Satan answered the Lord, and said, Skin for skin, yea, all that a man hath will he give for his life.

The pole with the snake is not the biblical snake on a pole that Moses had the Israelites look to, it has two snakes, which makes it the staff of Hermes, the god of commerce. It all makes sense now, doesn’t it?

  5. My wife has been in healthcare (cardiology) for 35 years. From hospital management perspective it has never been about healthcare but $$s. Hospitals are not for profit enterprises not non profit – a significant distinction. The $$s must be spent each fiscal year. That is why hospitals keep expanding, Doctors who previously failed against admin start singing the tune when they assigned a $1M/year board position. The cardiology dept at her hospital generates obscene levels or revenue and profit – tens of millions of $$s/mo.

    1. Sorry, forgot my second comment. 35 years ago, I asked my FiL and an older Dr about the state of healthcare. My FiL was self-employed and only had major medical insurance he self funded. Sniffles, laceration – paid for out of pocket. The older Dr unequivocally said managed care ruined healthcare. When you divorce the consumer from the cost of the product consumed – bad things occur.
