Most of them are completely compromised and answer to someone other than their American constituents, and they’re getting filthy rich in the process.

Why stop there? Disband the ENTIRE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. Every employee is working against the best interests of the American people. Let the 50 SUPPOSEDLY sovereign states figure out a new path forward ( though I would happily support dissolving all of them too.
Less government = More freedom.
Think about all the stuff the GOP got passed with the convicted pedophile sex offenders, Denny Hastert. None of it was for us, all for the lobbyists. And yet you all continue to up the same path, every single GOP majority leader and speaker is , was, compromised, disloyal to the constitution . McConnell, Paul Ryan (his sister in law is Katenje Brown scotus) how else did she ever get approved, yet the same people could not support judge Bork, John Boener, alcoholic.
There is no openings to turn this thing around, and they know it which is why they will never vote on the save act, get it, they don’t care, they still make money no matter who is in power. There primaries are over and the selected candidates won, not the people’s choice
Does this mean the bold experiment failed? Fear not, all great civilizations rise and fall. So as the moral compass spins freely in Congress we wait for the bitter end. It’s a fire sale. Maybe next time we can put in place a better system of checks and balances.
