  1. Does his comment also refer to Iran as well who has murdered many of our soldiers over the last 47 years or do you just shrug it off as the Iranian satanic run government gets a free pass, sorry I don’t subscribe to the bull shit. Investigations need to begin between bagel land and our leaders in both houses as well as the deep state who are being bribed and paid off to sell out our nation, this bothers me more than some conflict that has been going on for 47 years.

I, for one, agree with your perspective. Somewhere in the Bible it is recorded that there would be those with eyes who do not see and ears who do not hear, and many will be deceived—even the most elect. The greatest offenders are those who are irrationally blinded by the fervor of their own religion. Unfortunately our leaders have willingly given themselves over to evil and they can’t be reasoned with.

      1. In the end of days in which we live the scripture states evil will abound worldwide and the abyss will be open with every unclean spirit and frog under orders from Satan and his fallen ones go out to the four corners of the world to gather the nations to do battle against Christ at his
return. The nations and people have Such little minds with no discernment whatsoever and at judgement day will pay the heavy price of hell for all eternity.

Question…. how many Iranians have our forces ‘murdered?’ And how many Iranians have Israel outright assassinated and murdered? Including politicians, military leaders and scientists. Answer: it’s been tit-for-tat for decades with our three countries… mostly tit from ourselves and our best friends forever in ‘bagel-topia.’ You think the rational thing to do given all this time, pain, death and destruction is to seek a path to peace. But as you can see we have psychopaths’ and lunatics running our policy (see Lindsey Graham as a prime example).

  2. but, but, but Covid?

  3. Nobody ever seems to mention that the military oath becomes a double-bind (damned if you do; damned if you don’t) the instant a president or an officer issues an unconstitutional order.
At that point, it is logically impossible to uphold both parts of the oath.

The logic in that post would also apply to anyone who served in Iraq, Afghanistan, Desert Storm, Desert Broom (cleanup afterwards), Vietnam war, and Korean War. None of these were declared wars. It would apply to Senator Kelly, who sunk a ship in his A-6 and was considered a war hero for it (and how many people on it?) when we were not in a declared war.

I don’t buy it; I am tired of people going after and threatening troops and comparing them to NAZIs. I think it would be better to go after politicians, journalists, and lawyers with pitchforks before going after troops. Make them all shovel shit on farms and pick crops for a year for all the war and misery they have pulled us into.

  5. Practically speaking, the notion that an illegal or unlawful order shall not be followed is a non-starter. I’ve never heard of a single instance of US troops staging a mass defection over an outrageous and illegal order. The enlisted always obey the officers, as the penalty for failing to do so is immediate and severe. Once in a while they may express their discontent by doing things like fragging CO’s, as happened during ‘Nam. So, either it never happens, or it’s occurrence has been buried so deeply in the memory hole that word of it never reached the outside. Either way, it just isn’t a thing in reality.

So, they will do as they are commanded to do, and if there are consequences for having done so, they will be meted out later, just as occurred during the Nuremberg Trials. It is easy to issue decrees of “shall not” as theoretical exercises, it is far more difficult to see they are followed through on.

It’s very much like the idea that an unconstitutional law is no law at all, and holds no legal force. Well, tell that to a government that enforces a great many unconstitutional laws, by prosecuting people for having “broken” them. Simply pointing out that the government is wrong is no defense, and still lands your ass in prison.

  6. Since Maj. General Smedley Butler’s ” War is a Racket” came out…NOBODY CAN FEIN IGNORANCE. NOBODY! That was 1935!!!!!

Yet Major General Butler took the Leviathan’s shilling while he was shooting Central American citizens at the behest of the United Fruit Company. Since I served in the Army during our “undeclared police action in SE Asia, I guess I should surrender myself to the Hague International Criminal Court. Right?

      1. You need to deal with your own “guilt” or otherwise as you see fit. I am just saying that folks have been pointing out the truth of the military and their REAL PURPOSE for a very long time now.

Word. Which is why I will oppose conscription vehemently and publicly. I will not allow my grandchildren and my students to be slaughtered for this corrupt, syphilitic-thinking, Rothschild-controlled country.

  7. Thank you, Senator Kelly, for your experience and expertise in this matter.

  8. And just what exactly would you suggest we DO about the fanatical muzzies running Iran? They were NEVER going to peacefully coexist with ANYONE. Especially Israel and the US. They WERE actively working to acquire nuclear weapons and if left untouched they would have eventually succeeded in acquiring them. AND they have stated repeatedly that once they had succeeded they WOULD USE THEM. So tell us….just what should America and Israel do about Iran.

    1. As for the fanatical muzzies, “kill them all and let God sort them out”.

    2. Well, their issues with Israel are THEIR issues, not ours. Their issues with the US, stem from our COUP of their government in 1953 and our active support of the Shah for the next 25 years. We should atone for our actions…obviously. Instead, we seem to pretend that we are “innocent” in all of it.

I was not in support of starting this war, but it is not about Israel any more than Venezuela was about Israel. It is strategic. What do Venezuela and Iran have in common? China is a big user of their oil. The war is ongoing, the time to argue the whether-to’s and wither-for’s is runway behind us.
