It was a federation for the common good of the various States that were joined together under this federal umbrella. This federal government’s powers/responsibilities/privileges were to be limited to those specifically granted in the Constitution. ALL OTHER POWERS WERE TO BE RESERVED TO THE STATES RESPECTIVELY OR TO THE PEOPLE, per the 10th Amendment.
By 1861 the federal government had already gotten so far outside of its Constitutional restraints, and was usurping the rights of the States and of the People to the extent that a civil war was fought over it, (That war WAS NOT about slavery!). The federal government won that war. The war ended 161 years ago. The federal monster has only gotten steadily worse since then.
A Republic is a system where the people elect representatives to represent them. ARE WE THE PEOPLE TRULY BEING REPRESENTED? No
The nation was to be governed by the “rule of law”. Is that being done? No: Instead we have “rules for thee, but not for me”.
This nation, which was a functional republic for a short time, is now completely dysfunctional, with only the facade of being a republic remaining.
The republic has been subverted by satanic people. They are of their father the devil, and the works of their father they do, (steal, kill, and destroy).
It is a captured operation, and has been so for a very long time.
The conclusion, IMHO: THERE IS NO REPUBLIC LEFT TO SAVE.

Fraud or forgery is already against the law and I would suspect there already is a place in the law that states that. Otherwise everyone convicted of check fraud should be released from prison and their criminal record expunged. However, if cabbagehead-Biden assigned someone the right to use his auto-pen, then that’s another issue. What needs to be done is to make using the auto-pen illegal on all counts. Any president worth his salt should sign all documents in his own hand.
