Not sure why anyone thought there would be any other outcome. The muzzies running Iran have sworn ever since toppling the Shah that there ONLY reason for existence was the destruction of Israel, the US and the west. To that end they have ceaselessly worked to create WMD…including nuclear weapons. They have zero interest in negotiating or coexisting. There is only two courses of action that are possible. Do little to nothing and allow Iran to succeed in the acquisition of nukes….OR destroy Iran as a muslim nation. There are no other actual choices. If Iran gets nukes eventually they will use them.
Here’s the other choice… DO NOTHING. Because this is NOT OUR WAR. In fact we are no longer in control of our own government, as our best-friends that we could ever have…. ARE ACTUALLY CALLING THE SHOTS, not you or I. Nope. And why is Iran our very best enemies that we could ever have? ANSWER: it goes back to the 5O’s when we overthrew their government and installed a despot dictator–which was overthrown and replaced by other despot dictators who hate our guts. That’s why. Now Iran says it has no interest in acquiring nukes–and the checks are in the mail BTW. But if you notice that once that uber mad-man Kim in North Korea acquired nukes (many BTW), you’ll notice that no one screws with him. Period. All the while Israel is sitting atop a massive nuclear weapons stockpile–which is refuses to acknowledge… wink-wink, nudge-nude. Say no more, say no more. And all the while Israel is sending agents and saboteurs into Iran to assassinate top nuclear scientists and military leaders (as a matter of policy–the ‘shits and giggles, let’s screw with Iran policy). And you wonder just why Iran is funding all of these liberation groups (yes ‘liberation’ –not terror) pressing against Israel Now think hard–just what would you do if some religious zealots came to your door, waving their ancient (so deemed) scriptures stating that your land and home and everything else you work hard for (including 50 generations of your ancestors have worked for) is now theirs–and they moved you off your property and moved in, in front of your eyes, giggling and smirking and spiting on you and your children. So just what would you do? And this is happening on a daily basis over there BTW. And what would you do if they forced you into a wired off encampment, where you could not leave–with little to no means of making a living for yourself, other than possibly taking the sweepings of crumbs off your oppressors plates. WHAT WOULD YOU DO? Fall to your knees and praaaaaay. Hire a lawyer? Petition your government? Or would your first reaction would be to reach for your Glock and other boomsticks and fight these oppressors?
