The U.S. just printed the most dangerous GDP report in years.
Q4 GDP came in today at 1.4%.
Expectations were 3%.
That’s a huge decline from the 4.4% we printed in Q3.
And somehow nobody is talking about how dangerous this is.
Now here’s what makes this even…

I am in the heavy equipment and manufacturing industries. Infrastructure related OEMs are doing quite well. Primary metal, mining equipment, construction equipment… Expanding operations and facility footprint. This is happening all over the Southeast where I sell. My company is privately held, based in Germany, run by the Founders sons. Goal is 60% growth in 5 years. Making many investments in facilities globally as well as here in NA. The one dark spot is agriculture in that the Deeres, CATs, et al are in the toilet because farmers cant afford new machines. AI is even creeping into this market with completely autonomous machines.
Anyone that believes the crap that inflation is only 2.9% is smoking the cheap meth not the good stuff. You would think the .GOV drones would be smoking the good stuff, they get paid well enough.
