They leave contrails if the temperature is right at altitude. I fly jets for a living and have for almost four decades. Chemtrails are absolutely a figment of a misguided sector of folks who don’t know of what they speak. I do.

Obtaining their release would be easy. Simply turn off the flow of “foreign aid” to Guinea till they are released. But the fact that nothing is being done to get their release is indicative of either incompetence, corruption or some other issue we are currently unaware of.
And yes….belief in a massive “chemtrail” plot is indicative of mental illness and incompetence.
