Protestors have declared Minneapolis Autonomous Zone 2.0 at the site of today’s shooting. The zone has 2 layers of makeshift walls in both directions.

All of them must be arrested including there communist police officers and the guard members who are taken illegal orders in protecting criminals and antifa , Muslim brothers and chair who have been declared terrorist organizations.
The way to get an answer is simple enough- establish a area a bit wider than the problem area,cut utilities-ALL, then put a buffer of say 200 meters,& cut utilities to that at dusk
At the limit of the 200 zone, all coming out are detained- nobody goes in
Give it a couple days
