It’s a great summary, but it is NOT the difference between left and right. It is the difference between libertarians and statistics (from both political parties). The “right” is as comfortable with government interventions, theft via taxation, rules that override freedom, etc. They may want that for DIFFERENT THINGS than liberals, but the belief that government is the solution plagues most on the right TOO. Oh, and don’t even think of saying NO when they want war, etc….
The word I intended to type was statists, not statistics. My tablet has a very limited vocabulary.
