How Did We Get to this Point?

The choice between voting for a Republican ticket vs. a Democrat ticket should not be the question. It’s obvious that we are not voting for which candidate will be the best for the people. We are being given a choice about giving power to a political party.

We could debate this or we could look at the facts. Both parties are not representing the people. People who are not facing reality are telling us to continue this charade by voting for the lesser of two evils. Can a small minority rekindle critical thinking?

Or will we continue to accept the insanity of two corrupt political “parties”?

What can one person do? Asking that question is the first step.

  1. Well the Democrats are the dregs of society: drunks, dopers, sexual deviants, tax cheats, etc. On the other hand, the Republicans are little better with their massive pedophile problem on Crapitol Hill. Solution: Pres. Putin drops a firecracker over D.C. and rids us of the whole mess…..

    1. Tease….
I have prayed for Saint Putler to Sarmat Mordor on the Potomac for years. Next joint session? Level it.

      1. As have I. If he could drop a volley of hypersonics on the place (during the SOTU address would be a good time, for maximum effectiveness) I’d send him a sincere thank you note, and start a go fund me to cover the costs of the missiles he had to use.

Can you imagine the shock to the NPC’s, and the jubilation of those like us commenting here, at such a turn of events? It might even give me a heart attack from the shock that we were finally blessed with some legitimate good fortune, but I’d sure enough die with a smile on my face.

  2. She is obviously mentally ill, which seems most of these communists are. TINVOWOOT.

    1. I think she is drunk here, if not, I have pity for anyone who has to deal with her on a daily basis.

  3. “What can one person do”,well…..,that is a fantastic question and here is my answer as always, vote for true evil, not some half-assed version!

    Cthulhu 2026!

  4. I look at this in the same light as alternative energy.

We can’t get the cart before the horse.

It’s not like alternative energy is bad it that it’s not fully developed to the point of replacing fossil fuels. Build the infrastructure and tech THEN phase out fossil fuels…not the other way around.

Same with voting R or D since currently they are mostly the same build around them then replace them. Don’t just stop voting and give power to the one we definitely know we don’t want. At least with the R’s we have a chance to build out quicker and rebuild our involvement as a people in our government.

    1. The law of thermodynamics says you can’t phase out so called “fossil” fuels (and you are legitimizing their BS by using their terminology). Not if you wish to maintain anything even close to the present level of technical advancement and convenience of modern society. That’s why green energy is such pernicious bullshit; deep down, it’s biggest proponents know this, and that’s exactly why they want it.

It’s widespread adoption in lieu of what we are presently using will be punitive (well, for all but the ruling class). If it had any chance of actually improving our standard of living, they’d quickly find a way to characterize it as bad (in some nebulous and undisprovable way), and shut it down with no suitable substitute. Which is the essence of what they were already trying to do.

The bottom line of all bottom lines is that they want us suffering horribly, and then dying. But they don’t want the dying part to happen too soon, and they damn sure don’t want it to be quick and painless. These sick bastards thrive on the suffering and torment of others.

      1. People just can’t grasp that they want us dead Brother…

        1. Ok, So what?

Lie down and wait for it?

          What’s your point? Your suggestion?

I would say we all already see and know the obvious. That’s not a solution. I offered a possible path forward.

They don’t necessarily get it just because they want it.

          1. So… it is morally encumbent upon us all, that they do no profit from our defeat, else we are the source of our own defeat.

Make *sure* it costs them more than you’re worth.

          2. My point is if someone Is trying to kill you voting isn’t going to get them stop… Your solutions have been tried and tried before and failed miserablely… Ever heard of the Tea Party or the Ron Paul Revolution and the fake and gay MAGA that turned into Miga…I’ve offered the only solution that has a chance of working and yet people haven’t felt enough pain yet to force them to do it…

      2. I honestly don’t care about terminology or pc correctness. The point was sometimes you have to do some things before you can realistically do other things. Don’t care about fully getting rid of fossil fuels…was using them to make a point.

So basically they want us dead so we should just sit here an wait for it. Go for it. I choose other routes.

My point, which you so vividly missed, was that we should not just cut off voting for the lesser of two evils. We should work more digilently toward forming/making a replacement or way to make them do our bidding. This is OUR Country and it’s well past time we should care enough about it to be involved enough to do something.

        1. Instead of voting for either party, I say shoot them.

          All of them.

Take back our agency to govern ourselves.

        2. Ok, I took your remarks on green energy at face value, not as a stand in for trying to build better politics. As far as the latter goes, we cannot build better politics ight now, because the population of morons and teat suckers has grown to large (which has been the intent of the government for a long time, to create a dependent class that will keep voting for bad actors). Well, they all vote for their interests, which are diametrically opposite of ours. Since we have no practical means of taking away their votes, what does that leave us?

Typically, when the quality of society has declined so precipitously as ours has, and there is an intractable standoff between the productive class and a very large parasitic class, the only solution for rebalancing is war, in which one side or the other is violently forced into submission (or eliminated entirely). We are at the point of that being the only solution, right now. There is no action we can take to prevent it, and probably no action we can take to accelerate it’s arrival (assuming that is even an objective to be pursued).

I know that’s a piss poor answer to the question “what do we do?” But based upon history, and where I see the situation today, that’s the only path forward I see. There will not be some magic, sudden compromise that brings about prosperity and peace again, without a major housecleaning. People are the root of the problem, and which ones are allowed to survive (parasite or productive) will have a direct impact on what the future looks like.

          1. ok, so again. We either just lie down and let them kill us all or we do something. Starting from where we are. Wherever that might be when we start.

In war, you don’t always get to choose your ideal starting point you start from the point you are at and attack based on that.

            That is all I’m saying.

I realize where we are and the position we are in but the choice is still the same we choose to give up or fight.

Personally, I will fight to my dying breath doing whatever I can, from wherever I am, with whatever resources I happen to have at the moment.

My suggestion was merely something we can all do right now that requires very little effort and yet might help to buy us more time and space to operate in for the future. How do you eat an elephant? A bite at a time.

Some positives that could come out of this election. I do emphasize could. We’re rid of mcconnell, cornyn, tillis (sp), so that is an extreme positive in my opinion. Even though we don’t know the quality of the ones replacing them they at least will not start out with as much power as those that are leaving.

So again, that might help to give us a window of time to make some headway into getting the R’s to actually do what we want for a change. The winds of change are sweeping through the people right now. even D voters are seeing it and feeling it

Instead of being so negative let’s get on the offensive for a change. sometimes even small things can make a huge difference.

          2. I do like your enthusiasm but what you suggest has been tried before and failed see above and so you need to read the Einstein quote(if it’s even his) and take it to heart…

          3. This really isn’t that difficult.

I’m not and have never said this is the only option or the main option or that is will work long term. That is not at all the idea of it.

BUT, it is something. Now. Immediately.

Nothing says other things can’t be done simultaneously and they should be.

I merely chose voting in this current election because, well, it’s current and applicable to right now. It’s easy. It’s doable.

Who knows. It might just excite some of the fickle people out there enough to get involved a little bit more.

What really is the loss here? Why the heck should there be push back on something that might have a positive end no matter how short lived it might be. That’s not the concern now. A win is. Yes, a win that might not matter too much but it’s might still be a win.

Who knows what might be the trigger that draws enough people in to make a huge difference. Especially since voting really doesn’t cost us anything.

Should we not use everything at our disposal to at least try to turn things around or at least in more in our favor?

I just don’t comprehend the mentality of giving up and giving in unless that is what you are really here to promote.

      3. … so that they can extract every single penny they can in the process.

  5. You vote Democrat then at some point down the not to distant future the constitution will be trashed and replaced with the Koran. you don’t need to be a brain surgeon to figure out who you need to vote for. Vote Democrat and your wife, children and family friends will raped and tortured Islamic style. I have No more to say on this subject, but wake up.

  6. Did her psychiatrist not tell her not to mix her meds with alcohol? Or can she not take the torment of her own crazy, violent thoughts? Or is she just demonically possessed or opressed?
