  1. There are always consequences for actions. Renaming things to get your little weasel word workaround isn’t going to stop someone from waiting in the parking lot for ya – in Minecraft.

  2. I do not believe that form will stop them, stay away from doctors and hospitals if at all possible.

    1. Exactly. I have to laugh that anyone thinks a piece of paper will protect them. Look at the Constitution. Use it prevented the committing of blatantly unconstitutional actions by very people who are charged with upholding it under oath, no less? Bad actors who have no intention whatsoever of following laws, rules, and the binding proclamations of a legal document, are stopped by one thing: violence. Usually the sort that ends in their death.

Also, lawsuits filed after the fact, suing them for violating your explicit wishes, and for damages, cannot undo what they’ve done to you, so they are effectively worthless. This paper is nothing more than a silly amulet that people superstitiously believe imparts some magical protection. May as well be a rabbit’s foot.

Your only real defense against this garbage is to avoid hospitals and doctors. And if you do find yourself in such a setting, and you are still conscious, to be prepared to kill any practitioner who attempts to inject you with something you don’t want. That’s not exactly a great game plan either, as it has a very undesirable outcome.

  3. At bare minimum, it must be hard and fast that you *never* fall asleep in a hospital, without someone you trust on watch.

At this late stage, that someone may have to be armed.

  4. No hospital will allow itself to be legally bound by such a form. If THEY did not write it or it isn’t mandated by law they will NOT honor it. And they will very likely refuse to admit you as a patient.

    1. And in some States they can be sued for that. It’s called patient dumping. If they can’t prove that such injections are directly related to the care or treatment needed for you, such as a heart attack or stroke, it’s pay day for you. In Florida they must accept such forms as well as Power of Attorney and Living Will. We have Morgan & Morgan down here.
