It really is embarrassing that the FEDGOV can buy diesel from Russia (with whom I have no beef, to be clear) right in the midst of a war against them to which the USA is an active party. It also surprises me that Putin would allow such a thing, but I suppose he may view it as a way to get back some of the money US belligerence has cost Russia up to this point.
That said, I cannot get past the fact that this arrangement appears not to be cause for any cognitive dissonance at all, amongst those who put the deal together. I guess it shouldn’t surprise me, but it does.
Hopefully the Russian ship can get through the EU-NATO Blockade and to the USA.
btw, the USA is Oil Rich & has no need of Diesel according to the Trumpian …

Agreed. Russia could’ve been an excellent and valuable ally, if the ruling class of the FUSA weren’t such a bunch of short sighted little bitches out to settle an old grudge that has become meaningless anyway.
