  1. That pretty well says it. It’s like the hazing scene in “Animal House”, we line up to bend over and get paddled on the ass, and then exclaim “thank you sir, may I have another?”

I’d prefer to shove the business end of the paddle up their asses instead.

  2. On the bright side, anyone who has decided not to vote will at least not be voting FOR the socialists/communists. I do very much appreciate that. However, when the Demoncrats do finally take over, and they WILL take over, not because they have the stronger argument (just better propaganda), or better values, but because the Republicans are weak and feckless and impotent, and most of them are really Demoncrats anyway, THEY will be the ones that declare war on Russia, and establish martial law, and round up dissenters, and conscript your children and grandchildren, and force you to take mRNA vaccines if you want to be able to access your money and buy food, or drive your car, or get on the internet, or get treated at the hospital, or even have access to electricity.

Everyone here is mad at Trump because of the things he says. Or in their minds has failed to do. Sometimes he insults his base. Maybe it’s Israel, or Epstein. Okay. Perhaps it’s our representatives who continue to fail us (mostly). Got it. You’re not wrong. I just don’t believe you remember any of the accomplishments this administration has made. I’ve already listed many of them, not going to do it again. I also think many don’t remember the abject hell we went through during the Biden administration. Or the destruction to our health care system by the Obama administration. Biden and Obama were like Katrina and the LA wildfires. Hundreds of billions between the two. Lump in Helene, and we are approaching a trillion. Immense destruction in a matter of hours. Most of that destruction STILL hasn’t been rebuilt. Don’t believe me? Go visit Biloxi Mississippi sometime… many areas still haven’t recovered, even after 20 years.

And we’re mad because President Trump hasn’t been able to rebuild and fix everything in the last two years, therefore voting doesn’t matter because nothing ever changes. Well, the next Demoncrat president may be the equivalent of the Chicxulub impactor, and we’re the dinosaurs.

This will likely be my last post regarding the election. I’m not changing any minds, and mostly what I get are insults, despite my efforts to be civil and constructive. After this I will concentrate on preparedness, survival, and defeating the surveillance state as best as can be done, because whatever freedoms we have are getting ready to be stripped from us with prejudice.

FWIW, I don’t think Mark Twain actually said that, nor do I think he really believed it.
