Wait, UNPOSSIBLE! I have been assured I am paranoid, and that this is illegal, and simply would NOT happen. Find a private-party state if your’s isn’t, and make a road trip. Sell all of your registered guns back to an FFL, and get off their radar.
Nice Idea but like the “Lost them in a boating accident” ploy unless you always paid cash for every gun related item, ammo, cleaning kits, holsters and so on your credit card has those records.
Be honest with yourself about your OPSEC profile.
Even if you “surrendered” your FFL weapons and some ammo to the commies their SOP would be to secure you in a safe manner like when your shopping at Walmart via the Van and several big guys.
Then search your home for anything leftover.
If you showed clean, maybe they’d let you go as they have bigger fish to go after. But that’s a might. I’d expect surveillance, maybe a bug given you and I are ON this and other sites their computer search found out about.
BTW the WEAK Point about “private party buys”. Like your Ammo buddy that sells you ammo cash and carry. IF it’s HIM and His Family or report every detail about cash sales…..
Well, we’ve been demanding that (destruction of the BATFE) since at least Waco and Randy Weaver, and yet here we are. All I can say is “good luck with that”. The only way to get rid of it is to get rid of the entire current government, which also needs to happen. But that won’t happen until most people are damn well tired of being abused, and we don’t seem to have reached that threshold yet, much to my disgust.
And what will the Repubtard party do about it even though they knew about it all this time?

This agency should have been disbanded many moons ago, it’s useless, a waste of tax payer money and unconstitutional.

My congresscritter is a “principled conservative” according to his campaign mailings, I’m sure he’ll get right on this…..
