I’m going to hold my nose and vote Republican.
Concerning elections, I have always made it a point not to endorse candidates. I always tell people to do their own research, evaluate the candidates and vote for whom they believe is the best qualified man or woman. I know that elections are not the valid pathway forward. I know that the government is evil and the Bible is clear on what we should do concerning evil.
She is correct in that people’s reactions to a course of action which contradicts their perspective, are in this case not based in facts. To be clear, I will never again hold my nose and vote for a candidate based on party lines or to vote against another candidate. In North Carolina, the choice for US Senate should never have come to Cooper or Whatley. Or Stein vs Robinson in 2024. Or Trump vs Harris in 2024.
Tillis was installed as Senator over a much more qualified candidate, Dr. Greg Brannon. Everyone wanted Brannon but the GOP leadership convinced voters in the primary that Brannon would not be able to defeat the Democrat nominee. So they held their nose, voted in a RINO and the people of the nation suffered the consequences.
Voting in primaries is of great importance when you have studied the candidates positions on issues and prior voting records on those issues. Dr.Brannon was a way superior candidate.
She is spot on! It is long past time we quit believing in fairy tales and voting. The reckoning is long overdue. Justice will not come from courts or voting. We need to leave their system.
Since all politics is local, I will continue to vote. Here in the Gem State, the witches, harpies, Feminazis and their beta male consorts who belong to the Lindsay Clancy Fan Club want to bring back abortion on demand, and infanticide. I will stand against that until my last breath. And as I have posted before, their ilk here in Kootenai County are forever trying to corrupt the young by legitimizing gay porn in the public libraries. Enough said.

I know federal politics are important, but very discouraging. I get it, federal is corrupt to the core, but local and state politics are still there are are probably more important than ever.
Most people are only focused on what the federal government is doing. Eventually, we will probably all need at one time or another local and state politicians who can and will tell the feds to go pack fudge if and when those times come.

Takes time and effort to gather up 30-40 like-minded friends, agree not to undermine each other’s thoughts (favorite of socialists to get us arguing with each other) and let the local politicians know we can get them removed by recall.
Once you recall one out of office the rest remember. They are sort of trainable IF you keep showing up at town meetings.
Yes. It’s the closest thing I can forsee to a peaceful solution. We’ve already seen left-leaning cities, and states even, push-back against federal laws, sanctuary cities were a childish tantrum, but nonetheless effective (for the times they operated).
I think very soon, you will see something like that. Gawd, I’m hopeful at least. Folks are waking up. The anti-isreal noise is getting very loud. People will be awakened by this next selection. It does seem like it’s snowballing (that’s one reason I suspect a false-flag induced war is right around the corner).
And many will realize, as I’m seeing and hearing conversations in my AO, just ignore the feds, go on with your life.
We did it in BoyScouts during covid. Yeah, corporate says we can’t officially meet. If you boys want to text each other’s phones and get together once a month, that’s on you. But it’s definitely NOT an official scout’s meeting, nope.
Civil disobedience and sand-in-the-gears takes many forms. You don’t HAVE to tote a rifle to work at overthrowing tyrannical governments.
