   From history such eating habits end up eating their own peoples so the Leadership can pass out “favors” to keep power a little longer.

   From Stalin forcing the Kulaks (people actually well off enough to own their farms and hire people) to PRODUCE MORE and MORE for less money until they are EMEMIES of the People and easy prey for confiscation of their food aka the Holodomor.

   Mao’s China had the same sort of thing. OTHER the folks you want to rob and murder so the PEOPLE think you’re a Hero for destroying “Greedy Farmers, Shopkeepers and such”.

   Nothing like getting beaten half to death in a “Struggle Session” because your thought of as an “Intellectual” or a counter revolutionary.

   It’s a simple way to keep the loyalty of your true believers (Red Guard, etc.) while making robbing-killing the OTHERS acceptable.

   Since I am a Kulak who owns a homestead and invests in others establishing businesses and farms, this is alarming.

   As horrible as it seems a full-on grid failure seems less dangerous to me and mine than Gov.com SUPPORTED “New Red Guards” seeking Kulaks to “Harvest” for De People.

   The FAST Collapse a lot of us seek is a grid down-nuke event. The SLOW Collapse I worry about is driven by the New Red Guard or whatever name the Wanna Be Warlords decide to say.

   Slow and painful.

   Pray for wisdom folks HE will give.
