   Keep in mind even though the DOJ did not challenge the injunction, the FEDGOV still had up to 60 days to do an appeal. This is according to those who have evaluated this decision. Also, the Plaintiffs who won are, as I write this, the only ones who benefit. So, if you have not purchased an AR pistol from Palmetto State Armory (one of the Plaintiffs), you cannot put a fixed stock on it.
   BATFE has not as yet released any guidelines to dealers or firearms owners. Since Idaho was one of the Plaintiffs, I will be contacting the AG’s office this coming week to see if I, as an Idaho resident, may lawfully install a fixed stock on my Shockwave. Stay tuned.
