In a development that has reignited outrage over North Carolina’s handling of violent repeat offenders and the mentally ill, the man accused of savagely murdering Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zarutska on a Charlotte light-rail train – saying “I got that white girl” – has been declared “incapable to proceed” with his state murder trial.
Somehow, we need to find a way to hold judges accountable and to stop tolerating the intolerable.
He is still being held for federal charges. It does not excuse the current trend of dei Judges destroying our legal system though.
The killer is capable of taking a poop and wiping his butt? The killer is capable of using a fork, knife, and spoon? The killer is capable of zipping up his pants or wearing different colors? The killer is capable. The killer is capable of standing trial.
Welp folks, we’re done with the ballot boxes and now the jury boxes…. you know the rest of the story.
The perp – and the judge – just need a little impromptu citizen imposed justice. This is an easy problem to solve, if the will to do so exists. That it doesn’t (yet) continues to surprise me.

They have names and addresses…
No question that he committed murder. The important question remains: how many others’ lives are in danger if he is incarcerated, committed as insane, or released after a few years of serving his sentence? Circumstances like this one where there is no doubt that he committed the murder, should be put through Canada’s MAID program.
Why are ahem things like him not put into a gladiatorial contest? You know like in Old Rome panem et circensum (bread and games) in the Colosseum?
There are given sword and told they can live one day longer if they kill the other criminal.
The whole system has really failed!
His own mother and sister tried to have him involuntarily committed many times due to his bizarre/insane behavior!Add his record in the court system of his mental health and you can see we have no system to truly protect folks from the violently mentally ill(and perhaps if possible get help for those folks if possible).
You aren’t legally permitted to question the competence of black people when hiring or renting or admitting to school, only when they murder a white person.
El Salvador’s President, Nayib Bukele , fired the corrupt judges in his county, resulting a huge decrease in crime and an increase in safety for the populace.
