  1. Listen to the hubris….
2 foreign governments wanting to trade goods WITHOUT using a third governments currency, is “creating a secondary economy in the world, totally independent of the United States.”

As if we even have a say in the matter?

“…we won’t have to talk about sanctions,”

    Ahhh, there it is.
If they use Reals and Remnimbi, Mordor on the Potomac can’t use sanctions as effectively to coerce and control these foreign independent countries.

He says all this with a straight face. As if the US controls the other nations? I mean, I can’t wrap my head around the fact they think this way! How do you get to the point you think you can dictate how two completely independent foreign countries conduct trade?

… yes, I understand the reserve currency issue they are attempting to defend. Ironically its their (mis)use of and defense of that is causing Brazil and especially China to move away from that. But to think you get to dictate what other countries do, is just a step I cannot grok. No wonder we’re so universally hated. These people running the show… they’ve fucked us for the next century, at least! And that’s assuming we go all 1776 and hang the lot of them…
