What’s up with Trump? Where is this guy when a Minnesota is in a ‘state of insurrection?” This is outright insurrection. Blatant. More than obvious. Insurrection pure and simple. When state and local officials defy the laws of the federal government–and when they outright conspire to organize and instigate kinetic insurrection against the United States of America… this is treasonous insurrection and must be dealt with ASAP.
The ‘Insurrection Act’ must be evoked and the state must and all of its organs of power must come under the agency of the federal government–by force if necessary. All elected and appointed officers of the state and local governments who aid and abet insurrectionist should be arrested and brought before military tribunals–not federal courts of magistrates.
The insurrection must be crushed.
That is exactly the question so many are pondering. It is impossible to believe Trump can’t see this for what it is. So either he is slow rolling the federal response for some reason (which could be as simple as not having the guts to fully commit), or he doesn’t have any intent of responding (with appropriate and necessary force) to put this down. We don’t know which it is yet, but based on past behavior from the man, we can speculate. Doing so may not yield the answer one is looking for.

This insurrection must be put down immediately and at no cost. No pussy footing around, start by eliminating the somali’s.
Like others I don’t think Trump has the nerve or balls to stop this insurrection.
There are no mistakes or accidents in politics. It is orchestrated to perfection, but the timeline is unknown. IMHO.
