You have plenty of reason to be cynical, but the election fraud evidence has been effectively ignored by the MSM and a large segment of the US public for many years, so it seems like a lot of risk and trouble to go through just to get rid of such evidence. If that was the goal, I would think that getting Maduro dead instead of in custody would have been the preferred outcome.
Nobody seems to be mentioning the massive oil fields discovered in neighboring Guyana.
And that Maduro was threatening to take them over.

If Maduro can be conclusively tied to the 2020 election fraud, then it is game over for the left. And when I look at all of those ancient Marxist reprobates such as Bernie Sanders, Pelosi, Shumer, et. al. still walking around stealing my oxygen, I can only conclude child trafficking and adrenochrome harvesting are a big part of the demonic possession of this corrupt, syphilitic-thinking country which has been going on for too many years to even count. I hate to adopt another wait-and-see attitude, but it would seem we DO live in interesting times. Bleib ubrig, meinen Freunden.
I agree with you Dweezil. While I respect and understand the view of Judge Nap and Col MacGregor who oppose this operation, for now I see the potential upside as worth the risk. In short, trump may have accomplished all of the following in a couple of hours;
-Eliminated a central China/Russian proxy in South America.
-Gained control of the oil reserves.
-Interrupted a silver source for China.
-Eliminated a threat to Guyana at it’s oil supply.
-Eliminated a Marxist regime that was aiding American militants. directing the TdA invasion of this country, and a primary supplier of small arms to Narco organizations and potential insurgents throughout this hemisphere, ( Brushbeater has reported many times on the Venezuelan AK factory that has been producing more of these rifles than the country could possibly need for itself).
– Demonstrated remaining American military dominance while at the same time exposing China’s inadequacies and Russian shortcomings. This could cause China to rapidly reconsider any move on Taiwan, which they have been demonstrating and threatening a lot recently.
-Knocks out a center of Iranian and Hezbollah influence in this hemisphere.
-Knocks out Cuba’s main oil supply and could lead to that regimes’ demise.
-Brings a key conspirator and perhaps other evidence of the Deep State election fraud machine to custody.
There are probably other upside outcomes that I am overlooking. The potential downside effects are not minor, such as a large scale insurgency in Venezuela, and the almost dead certainty that this success will go to Trump’s head and he will attack Iran for Israel next. That last one was probably going to happen anyway if the US Military came away from this undamaged. At any rate, all we can do is prepare as we are able and wait on events as you point out.
