    Do the trick the Yankees pulled to install the 14th Amendment after their war of federal encroachment and consolidation….throw California out of the perpetual union. Extend the border wall, and warn the Chicoms that any takeover by them of the former state gets them deportation of all Chinese, and maybe a thorough nuking if they get too frisky.
