Laughable. Those 40 million dollar payments will just be re-allocated and blended into the new NDAA that was just passed. Also, despite Trump’s demands for Zelensky to negotiate for peace, another 800 million will be sent to the corrupt regime of Ukraine which will no doubt be pilfered, laundered and a portion returned to the US and $650 million in direct US-Israel defense cooperation programs will be sent to “our greatest ally” in the middle east.
