Absolute epitome of foolishness. China has made it known they want to control Russia, not partner with her. This is no better than the commies here bringing in all the 3rd world garbage.
I thought Putin was smarter than this.
If ZERO welfare in Russia, those coming will at least be contributing, not just taking.
They will flood Siberia and all the former Chinese lands taken by Russia.(An area as large as the U.S. east of the Mississippi) When the Russians object, the Chinese will claim that the Russians are oppressing and abusing the Chinese citizens in those areas. China will invade to protect and liberate their people, who will the conveniently vote to rejoin China.
