The congress needs to stop playing games with this democrat communist and send the capitol police to his office and arrest him and put him in the capitol jail until he can be shipped offshore to a military prison for the rest of his rotten life. There are many others like him that must be removed from the bench and de-robes. This guy is the head of the judicial cabal under Roberts and the rest of the judiciary pond scum.
The president of El Salvador made it very clear. If you actually wish to fix your nation, you must BEGIN by IMPEACHING ALL THE JUDGES!!!! That process should have begun on day one, yet here we are many hundred days in and NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT but mountains of obstructionism. Our forefathers most definitely would NOT have put up with this behavior. Their response would have been much more violent, but even the peaceful approaches are NOT being employed.
Impeachment requires a 2/3 Senate vote. NOT going to happen. The tyranny of the communist federal judges will continue unabated. Any justice Boasberg and his associates might ever see will of necessity be extralegal and of be vigilante type.

Iam not sure if that rule applies to judges anylonger. I believe only a simple vote of 51 is needed under the new rules Harry Reid had instituted under his reign of terror when he was the senate majority leader . I would need to investigate if this is still the case.
