   Is this going to be real? Or is it going to be typical Trump rhetoric? I will only believe Trump when I actually see boatloads of the illegals being pushed out of our country and almost a million illegal criminals tried, sentenced and executed swiftly.

      Precisely. It’s nice that he came right out and said it. It reveals that he seems to have some actual understanding of what is wrong, and what needs to be done. But as with so many other things, Trump talks big, then utterly fails to put any muscle behind actually achieving the objectives cited in his remarks.

   In order for the Golden Golem to do this, he would need to implement the Insurrection Act, declare Martial Law, and suspend the Constitution. This is not without precedent. Lincoln did it at the start of The War of Northern Aggression. Sadly, I would tend to agree right now with Messrs. Scott and Ruckus above. Trump is, as the Texans say: “…all hat and no cattle.” Arm up, my friends. No one is coming to save us. Bleib ubrig.

      Realistically, what does anyone here thinm it would take to income the insurrection act? Summer of 2020 wasn’t adequate, despite multiple large cities being stricken by riots and large scale damage. I’m trying to picture what Trump would consider an adequate crisis to pulk the trigger on that, and not coming to any clear conclusion.

   Trump’s little buddy & 2X endorsee, Lindsey Graham: “THEY [Afghan Militants] NEED TO STAY. THIS WILL BE THEIR NEW HOME. We have a moral obligation to these people. They will make great citizens over time.”

   They haven’t become great citizens anywhere in a thousand years and we have ZERO moral obligation to Untermensch that want us dead & out of the way.
