    ONLY ONE SOLUTION. ABOLISH THE ENTIRE GULAG OF GOVERNMENT MONOPOLY DAY PRISONS MASQUERADING AS SCHOOLS.

    Anything less is simply ignoring the root cause of ALL the issues – government involvement (and the lack of accountability that comes with it).

    Only a fully competitive free market in educational services, free of all government involvement, including STEALING from every property owner (every penny they steal comes with strings) can ever deliver the quality and ACCOUNTABILITY that parents, students, and society deserves. Charity, business sponsored, home, private, co-op, online, and other creative options will address both the financial challenges and educational requirements needed. Privately funded scholarships can further fill in the gaps. No doubt the millions who demand the current socialist funding will pony up billions to help out the needy. FREEDOM demands nothing less.

      Doesn’t mean you won’t have this kind of abuse in a free market education system. What minimum one would hope for in that system is life in prison for these two. Abusing disabled children is one step above abortion in cruelty to the innocent weak among us.

        ACCOUNTABILITY. NO SCHOOL would allow this, or would intervene immediately or would lose ALL their customers. In the government system, the school will remain open and if everyone decided to pull their kids out, they would still have their money STOLEN by the government. When YOU can promise utopia, go for it. I am proposing the BEST solution that delivers the MAXIMUM accountability, while putting the responsibility BACK on the parents and free market when it BELONGS.
