What if Hamas killed all of the remaining hostages and turned over the bodies to the UN or Israel? Would that be justification for Netanyahu to kill anyone currently living in Gaza or will this meet his conditions for the killing to end?

Netenyahu specifically addressed his words to the leadership of Hamas and those holding the hostages, not the general Gaza people. I fear that October 7 will soon come here, and we will better understand.
The facts are that the number of Hamas soldiers has not been significantly impacted since recruitment numbers are up. As are the thousands of civilians who have been killed. You are correct in that we should be preparing for events about to be unleashed in our country.
It makes me glad not to live in the Middle East for sure. That whole area is nuts.
