   Can’t pay for extra duty or promised bonuses? Lack of equipment? Where the hell is the huge pile of money appropriated every year going. Are there some officers lining their pockets? This is late stage Roman Empire stuff. At least we know a large portion of .mil won’t show up if we decide to revolt.
